Lisa Sloan is co-owner of Percheron Construction with her husband Nathan. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Soutwest Texas State University and a Masters in Public Administration specializing in Urban Planning from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

 

Originally from San Antonio, Lisa moved to Austin, married Nathan and they've been working off and on alongside each other through various business ventures for the past 25 years in the construction industry, all while raising their two children.

Nathan Sloan is co-owner of Percheron Construction with his wife Lisa. A native Austinite, Nathan started in the construction industry in 1993 while building homes in college. Nathan received his Bachelors of Science degree in Construction Management from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University).

 

Nathan has been the recipient of numerous awards for commercial construction through the years for performance and service, as well as under budget and ahead of scheduled completion of projects. He has experience in everything from tenant improvement renovations, to managing and constructing multi-million dollar office building complexes.  He is versatile in his capabilities and always strives to exceed the expectations and needs of the client.
